Cancellation Policy
If for any reason the event has to be canceled or postponed, the Client must notify the Service Provider as soon as possible via email and a new date will be arranged according to availability. If Client cancels within 7 days of the event and does not want to reschedule, Provider is entitled to retain the initial deposit and any fees incurred for customization such as branded backdrop, props, etc. A refund of the difference will be refunded back to the Client.
