  • What is a photo booth?
    A: A photo booth is a fun and interactive way to capture memories at events and special occasions. It usually consists of a camera, backdrop, and props for guests to use while taking photos.
  • Q: How does the photo booth work?
    A: Our digital photo booth is easy to use. Simply step inside the LED inflatable enclosure or in front of an elegant backdrop, select your props and strike a pose. Our camera will capture your photos and you can choose to have them instantly downloaded via airdrop, text, or QR code.
  • Q: How many people can fit in the photo booth?
    A: Our digital photo booth can fit up to 8 people comfortably, while our 360 photo booth can hold up to 4 people.
  • Q: Can I customize the photo booth experience?
    A: Yes! We offer a wide range of customization options, including custom templates and welcome screens, as well as optional backdrops and props.
  • Q: How far in advance should I book the photo booth?
    A: We recommend booking as early as possible to ensure availability for your desired date and time. However, we can often accommodate last-minute bookings depending on availability.
  • Q: What is your cancellation policy?
    A: Please refer to our Pricing and Booking section for our cancellation policy.
  • Q: Do you offer travel outside of Lexington, KY?
    A: Yes, we can travel outside of Lexington for an additional fee. Please refer to our Pricing and Booking section for more information.
  • Q: What types of events do you provide photo booth services for?
    A: We provide photo booth services for a wide range of events, including weddings, birthdays, corporate events, private parties, proms, graduations, sweet 16s, and quinceaneras.
  • Can you print our videos?
    No, we offer a video-only service.
  • How much space is needed to set up the booth?
    The video booth typically requires a designated space 12’ deep x 12’ wide x 12’ high within 15 feet of an electrical outlet. However, we try to utilize any space that is at least 10-ft. Place us wherever you have space but the videos would look amazing in front of balloon arches, backdrops or those cool freestanding marquee numbers or letters.
  • Do you require a deposit?
    To secure your date, 50% deposit and signed contract is required at the time of booking. Final payment is due 14 days before the event. If you book your event within 14 days the balance must be paid in full at time of booking.
  • Are you able to set up the booth earlier?
    We arrive at least one hour before your event to set up and to ensure everything runs as planned. Idle fees may apply if an earlier setup is requested.
  • Can the booth be rented for outdoor events?
    Yes, but please note that video quality may vary during outdoor events. Access to electricity is still requested.
  • What happens if I have to cancel my booking?
    When you pay your deposit, we reserve your date and time and do not take any other reservations for that date and/or time. For this reason, all deposits are non-refundable and non-transferable, even in the event of date change, location change, or event cancellation.
  • How long does it take to receive the 360 video?
    If we are able to successfully connect to our internet hotspot or event location has onsite wifi, videos will be available within a few minutes. If no internet coverage becomes available at the event location (rare occasion), we will send all digital copies to the Client and guests within 24 hours of event conclusion.
  • Are you insured?
    Yes. We are fully insured and can provide a COI upon request. COI requests must be submitted at least 7 days before the event.
  • Do you offer custom packages?
    Absolutely. Call or email us with your needs and we will provide you with a custom quote.
